Biking South Baltic! - Results from the cycle tourist survey

Project Manager: Carl Henrik Marcussen. The "Biking South Baltic!" project includes, among other things, a survey of cycle tourists. The results of the survey are reviewed in this report and are based on a total of 2,285 responses from five regions or parts of countries in three different nations: Pomerania, Poland (506), West Pomerania, Poland (400), Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Germany (322), Bornholm, DK (455), and the southern parts of the rest of Denmark (602). The report sheds light on many different aspects of cycle tourism, including demographic characteristics, types of accommodation, cycling activity, other related activities, and the daily expenditure of cycle tourists.
